چکیده

MAXI J1820+070 is a low-mass black hole X-ray binary system with high luminosity in both optical and bands during the outburst periods. We present extensive photometry X-ray, ultraviolet, bands, as well densely-cadenced spectra, covering phase from beginning of to $\sim$550 days. During rebrightening process, emission preceded by 20.80 $\pm$ 2.85 The spectra are characterized blue continua features Balmer series, He I, II lines broad Bowen blend. pseudo equivalent width (pEW) found show anticorrelations flux measured at comparable phases, which due increased suppression continuum. At around peak, full half maximums (FWHMs) H$_{\beta}$ $\lambda$4686 tend stabilize 19.4 Angstrom 21.8 Angstrom, corresponds line forming region radius 1.7 1.3 R_sun within disk. further analyzed absolute fluxes that positive correlations flux, favoring irradiation model responsible for emission. However, fact experiences dramatic drop t$\sim$200 days after outburst, while only shows little variations suggests additional energy such viscous may contribute radiation addition irradiation.

Black hole X-ray binary jets

Relativistic jets powered by stellar mass black holes in X-ray binaries appear to come in two types: steady outflows associated with hard X-ray states and large scale discrete ejections associated with transient outbursts. We show that the broadband radio spectrum of a ‘quiescent’ stellar mass black hole closely resembles that of canonical hard state sources emitting at four orders of magnitude...

The Spectral States of Black Hole X-ray Binary Sources

A framework for the interpretation of the spectral states of black hole X-ray transients based on the diversity of accretion disk models is introduced. Depending on the mass accretion rate, it is proposed that the accretion disk is described by one or a combination of the following structures: optically thick disk, advection-dominated disk, corona-disk, and non-steady state disk. In particular,...

Optical and Near Infrared Monitoring of the Black-Hole X-ray

We present the optical/infra-red lightcurve of the black hole X-ray binary GX 339-4 collected at the SMARTS 1.3m telescope over the past nine years. During this time, the source has undergone numerous state transitions. We show that the O/IR colors follow two distinct tracks, which reflect the X-ray state of the source. Thus the X-ray behavior can be accurately inferred from O/IR observations a...

X-ray QPOs in Black-Hole Binary Systems

We briefly review the properties and physical consequences of quasiperiodic oscillations (QPOs) seen on many occasions in the X-ray emission from black-hole binary systems. High frequency QPOs (ν > 40 Hz) continue to be scrutinized as effects of general relativity, with new attention to the role of resonances in their formation. Low-frequency QPOs (0.05 to 30 Hz) exhibit complicated behavior, w...
